WORLD’S WORST
This game is great fun and many people are already familiar with it thanks to the popular improv show “Whose Line is it Anyway?” I suggest that you explain the game and assemble a list of possible characters and/or professions before you start so that you can keep things flowing and keep the energy building. It’s best to situate up to 10 actors in line, on stage and let them step forward and present a solo performance as they come up with ideas. Actors should step forward on the heals of the last performer but they should NEVER interrupt another performer. The ideas should “pop” like popcorn. And just like popcorn, once you notice that the intervals in between “pops” get longer, that’s how you know when to change the character. This is a fun warm up game if you need to build energy but it is also a great “time filler” if you find that you have a spare 10 minutes at the end of a class or rehearsal.
